We believe it’s all about two things...
1 ) Glorious Ginger
We only use real ginger in each can of Farmer Willie's. Our blend of cold-pressed ginger juice & raw ginger puree gives our distinctive fresh smell & taste - just like you juiced it yourself.
2) Balance Baby
Clean Base: We make our alcohol through cold-fermented cane sugar & champagne yeast. It’s clean, light & gluten-free.
Dry, not Sugary: We use only 9.5 grams of molasses in our ginger beer - 4x less than the average.
Simple Ingredients, Complex Flavor: Lemon juice & nutmeg add the perfect citrus spice to compliment the fresh ginger.
