.5 oz amber rum (recommend Privateer amber)
.5 oz aperol
.5 oz yellow chartreuse
.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
One egg white
Dry shake and then shake all ingredients with ice. Pour 2 oz of farmer Willie's into a Collins glass, strain the cocktail over the Farmer Willie's. Top with 1 more oz of Farmer Willie's. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
